NBF LOOKS FOR HIGH ACHIEVERS

The 2010 NBF Bed Show (28-29 September) will be the venue for the announcement of the recipients of the first ever NBF Lifetime Achievement Awards. The NBF is now looking for nominations for the three categories of award available – in bed manufacturing, bed retailing and bed component supply.
The NBF Lifetime Achievement Awards are intended as a recognition of an individual’s outstanding contribution in the bed industry. They have probably done something, once or over time, which made a big difference to their company or to the industry as a whole. It could be in sales, production, technical innovation, marketing and promotion, design, manufacturing processes. It could have been something which transformed a company’s fortunes; or had an impact on the wider industry. It could have been something which improved morale of a workforce or improved others’ lives in some way.
The winners of the three awards will be chosen from the nominations by a special panel of judges and announced at the Bed Show gala dinner at the Telford International Centre on 28 September, being hosted by comedian Lee Hurst.
