NBF Sales Tracker

Since 2013 it has been a condition of NBF membership to provide sales data so that the association can in return provide some industry sales data which everyone can use.

The sales data for the NBF Tracker is collected quarterly and is based on data supplied by members, of sales of member products – ie mattresses, bed sets, bases, bedsteads, sofa beds, headboards etc.

UK estimates for headline figures are provided, based on the number of members submissions we receive. Where we receive a full compliment of submissions from members, we base the estimated headline figures on NBF members representing 50% of UK manufacturing output by units and 70% by value. Based on the actual number of submissions we receive, we adjust the calculations accordingly to arrive at our top line estimates for the total UK market.

Please note: All reports dated prior to Full Year 2018 were calculated on NBF members representing c.70% by units and value.

This content is only available to employees of NBF member companies.

Members have access to helpful information on key areas such as Market Intelligence & Reports, Regulations & Standards, Trade Name Register and details of the NBF Code of Practice and our Due Diligence testing Programme.

Please note, access is not available for non-members.
